Wilhelm Burgdorf was a German army general who served as Adolf Hitler's chief adjutant and head of the Army Personnel Office during the final years of World War II. Known for his unwavering loyalty to Hitler, he played a crucial role in the forced suicide of Field Marshal Erwin Rommel and was present in the Führerbunker during the Battle of Berlin, where he committed suicide on May 2, 1945.
