Sagittarius A*

Sagittarius A* (Sgr A*) is the supermassive black hole located at the very center of our Milky Way galaxy. It's an incredibly dense object with a mass equivalent to over four million Suns, whose immense gravity influences the stars and gas around it. Although we cannot see the black hole itself, scientists have captured images of its glowing surroundings and observed stars orbiting it, confirming its existence and properties.
