Louis Philippe I

Louis Philippe I, known as the "Citizen King," was the King of the French from 1830 to 1848. He was the only French monarch from the Orléans branch of the Bourbon family and came to power after the July Revolution, establishing a constitutional monarchy that favored the wealthy bourgeoisie. His reign ended with his abdication during the Revolution of 1848, leading to the Second Republic.
