Diocletian

Diocletian was a Roman emperor who reigned from 284 to 305 CE. He is famous for ending the chaotic Crisis of the Third Century and for establishing the Tetrarchy, a system of rule by four emperors, which stabilized the vast Roman Empire. His comprehensive reforms in administration, military, and economy fundamentally reshaped the Roman state.
