The Beer Hall Putsch was a failed attempt by <a href="/article/adolf-hitler">Adolf Hitler</a> and the <a href="/article/nazi-party">Nazi Party</a> to seize power in Munich, Germany, in November 1923. Though it failed, it brought Hitler national attention, led to his imprisonment where he wrote *<a href="/article/mein-kampf">Mein Kampf</a>*, and ultimately reshaped the Nazi strategy towards gaining power through legal means.
