Andrew Daly was born on April 15, 1971, in Mount Kisco, New York, a town nestled in Westchester County. His early years, however, were spent growing up in the suburban landscape of New Jersey, where he developed his foundational experiences and interests. This upbringing in the Northeast provided the backdrop for his formative years before he embarked on his journey into the performing arts.

While specific details about his childhood interests are not widely publicized, it is clear that his path eventually led him towards comedy and acting. The environment of New Jersey, with its proximity to New York City, likely offered early exposure to various forms of entertainment and cultural influences that would later shape his comedic sensibilities and performance style.
