2014 Bulgarian Parliamentary Election

Bulgaria held early parliamentary elections on 5 October 2014 after the socialist-led government resigned amid protests. The centre-right GERB party won the most seats and formed a coalition government with the Reformist Bloc, supported by nationalist and populist parties. Eight parties entered parliament, a record since 1990.
