2014 Bulgarian Parliamentary Election

The 2014 Bulgarian parliamentary election was held on 5 October 2014 to elect the 43rd National Assembly, with GERB remaining the largest party, winning 84 seats. The election resulted in a coalition government led by Boyko Borisov, with the support of several other parties. The election was significant, as it marked the first time since 1990 that more than seven parties entered parliament.
